Dress Code

Ballet
Students must wear a black leotard and pink tights.  Students are permitted to wear sweater warm up/ cover-ups, if they are form fitting.  Hair must be in a bun.  Students are permitted to wear either canvas or leather pink ballet shoes. 

Jazz, Tap, Leaps and Turns, and Musical Theater
Students are permitted to wear any solid color leotard and tights.  Students are permitted to wear sweater warm up/ cover-ups, if they are form fitting.  Students are permitted to wear jazz pants to jazz, tap, and musical theater classes, if the pants are not baggy and do not cover shoes.  Students are permitted to wear canvas or leather black jazz shoes.  These shoes may be lace-up or slip-on.  Students enrolled in beginning tap and combo dance will wear black tap shoes.  The ties must be exchanged for an elastic closure.  Students enrolled in intermediate and advanced tap should wear black, leather, oxford tap shoes.  These shoes MAY NOT be split sole.  Students enrolled in musical theater will wear shoes appropriate to the choreography.

Misc. Classes
Students are permitted to wear comfortable, non-baggy clothing.  Please make sure that the clothing is not hazardous to you or any other student.

Attendance/Make-Up Policy
Students (over 18) and/or parents (if child is under 18) must call if the student is going to be absent from class.  If you do not call, you will be unable to make-up the class.  If a student misses one of their regularly scheduled classes, they may be able to schedule a make-up lesson with the front desk.  This lesson should be completed as soon as possible.  Make-ups expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried over into the next month.  There are no refunds granted for missed classes.  All make- ups must be pre-scheduled.
