DANCE TECHNICIAN / PILATES
Dance Technician is a fusion of Pilates, yoga, weight and resistance training, mobility coaching, physical therapy practices, flexibility training and more! Dancers will be given functional exercises that offer injury prevention, rehab, and cross training.
Pilates
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Dancers will focus on improved flexibility, posture, form and function.
